Tracy D. Gray is currently Founder and Managing Partner at The 22 Capital Group, an international investment and advisory firm. Ms. Gray is also the founder of We Are Enough, a non-profit educating women how and why to invest in women-owned/led for-profit businesses. In addition, she is an executive in residence at the Los Angeles Cleantech Incubator. Ms. Gray was recently named a Los Angeles “50 Women of Influence” in business. Ms. Gray was formerly Senior Advisor of International Business/Marketing for the Los Angeles Mayor and the Mayor's Office of Small Business. In addition, Ms. Gray co-founded a venture catalyst consulting firm, worked for a venture capital firm and as an engineer on the Space Shuttle program. Ms. Gray is on numerous for-profit and non-profit advisory boards and boards of directors, has authored articles and a national report and is a frequent public speaker. She holds a B.S. in Mathematical Science with an aeronautics emphasis from the UC Santa Barbara and dual MBAs from Columbia University and UC Berkeley.
