Heather Haines

Heather Haines is director of convening and engagement at the Milken Institute Center for Strategic Philanthropy. She joined the Institute from the International Fund for Animal Welfare, where she oversaw global events. Previously, Haines served as senior director of strategic partnerships with the END Fund and at Meridian International Center as vice president of public programs. Prior to that, she managed events at Washington, DC-based think tank, Center for Global Development and has worked in the literary, television, and film industries. Heather received her bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma University and her master’s degree from the University of North Texas.
