Erin Ross is a Director of MI Philanthropy working on the Center for Strategic Philanthropy’s biomedical portfolio. She leads the Center’s work on health systems, analyzing the role scientific evidence plays in health policy implementation and identifying ways the scientific and policy communities can collaborate. Most recently, she has worked with the type 1 diabetes and dementia communities. She has significant experience developing survey classification matrices and coding and has contributed to multiple Milken Institute publications. Leveraging her degree in biochemistry, Ross has worked in the life science industry for more than 17 years, building strong skills in scientific research, writing, and communication. She is based in the Institute’s Washington, DC office.
