Though a healthier workforce ultimately creates a healthier economy, employers are challenged with containing healthcare costs, especially with growing chronic disease rates. Employers are looking beyond traditional offerings, providing holistic benefits that support whole-person health. The public sector is positioned to partner across sectors while driving healthcare cost containment, caregiving, and housing policies to support a resilient workforce.
