Paul Deninger

Paul Deninger is Vice Chairman of Jefferies & Company Inc. Previously he was chairman and CEO of Broadview, the specialist technology investment banking firm, where he remained until its acquisition by Jefferies in 2003. With more than 20 years of experience advising companies in the technology market and more recently the clean-tech market, Deninger has advised on more than 125 mergers and acquisitions and numerous IPOs. Presently he sits on the investment committee of London-based Kennet Partners and the executive committee of TechNet; he is also co-chairman of TechNet New England. A member of the World Economic Forum since 1996, he serves on the boards of the Boston Symphony Orchestra, Big Brothers of Massachusetts Bay and Boston's MATCH Charter Public High School. Deninger received a bachelor's degree from Boston College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
