William Pak was appointed Chief Executive Officer of ESPRIT Holdings in March 2022. He was previously appointed as Chief Operating Officer in September 2021 and as a senior advisor in 2020. As a seasoned business leader, William has extensive operational and corporate transformation experience leading companies in a wide range of industries including technology, alternative energy, mining and real estate. Prior to ESPRIT, William was Chief Executive Officer at an investment group where he had responsibility for managing the strategy and business operations of its various asset management businesses and related portfolio companies. These included private equity, real estate, high-frequency trading algorithm, macro and multi-strategy funds. Previously, William was a lawyer at White & Case’s New York and Hong Kong offices. He also worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions department in the San Francisco office of a major international accounting firm.
