Vice President and US Country Head, Public Affairs and Patient Advocacy, Sanofi
Eric is the VP & US Head of Public Affairs & Patient Advocacy at Sanofi who is accountable to partner with patient advocacy groups and public affairs stakeholders to improve patient’s access to innovative medicines and vaccines. The team listens and engages to understand what matters most to patients and champions these insights to transform peoples’ lives through breakthrough science. The team works across multiple therapeutic areas including immunology, dermatology, respiratory, oncology, rare diseases, rare blood disorders, neurology, diabetes, transplant, cardiovascular, as well as vaccine preventable diseases such as influenza and RSV. The team partners to accelerate scientific innovation, ensure affordable and equitable access, overcome disparities, advance patient-centric health policy, leverage digital resources and data to help patients, and improve health. Eric serves on the Board of Directors at the National Health Council. He has held multiple leadership roles at Sanofi in US spanning policy, medical marketing, market access, and also led global patient advocacy supporting patients and colleagues in more than 40 countries.
