Euan Blair is the Founder & CEO of Multiverse, a new institution combining work and learning to deliver equitable access to economic opportunity. Multiverse closes critical skill gaps in the workforce through a new kind of apprenticeship model, harnessing the best of AI, tech and human coaching to deliver an approach that’s measured, applied, guided and equitable. Multiverse’s professional apprenticeships are available for individuals regardless of where they are in their career, including career starters and those looking to upskill or reskill. Under Euan’s leadership, Multiverse has supported over 17,000 learners at over a thousand enterprise clients, including Google, Verizon, Morgan Stanley, and American Express. He has led the company in raising over $400 million in funding to make Multiverse the UK’s first edtech unicorn (the company has since expanded to the US). Prior to founding Multiverse in 2016, Euan was the UK CEO of Sarina Russo Group, an employment and training provider with more than 1,500 staff worldwide and a turnover exceeding £100 million. Euan started his career at Morgan Stanley in Corporate Debt & Derivatives.
