As CEO of OneTen, Debbie Dyson spearheads a skills-first movement with companies who believe in a more equitable and inclusive workforce. OneTen aims to hire, promote and advance one million Black talent, and others, without four-year degrees into family-sustaining careers over ten years. At the helm of OneTen, Debbie orchestrates connections between Fortune 500 employers, talent, skill-development organizations and community partners supporting the entire talent journey, resulting in 100,000+ hires and promotions, 65+ coalition members and a reach of 3,000+ cities in the U.S. to date. With 30+ years of experience in human capital management at ADP, Debbie has driven large-scale strategies yielding exceptional outcomes for ADP’s global enterprise clients. She serves on the board of Envoy Global, various non-profit boards, and invests in empowering women worldwide and supporting youth education. Dyson is a recognized authority on leadership and building an equitable workforce. She has been featured in The New York Times, Fortune, Essence, Fast Company and Fair360 (formerly DiversityInc.). She has graced the cover of Black Enterprise magazine’s Women of Power edition, has earned consecutive recognitions as one of the 50 Most Powerful Women in Business and has been honored as one of the 300 Most Powerful Executives in Corporate America. Debbie actively shares her voice at events hosted by the Milken Institute, Blackstone, Fortune CEO Initiative and CHIEF, among others.
