At the helm of OneTen, Debbie orchestrates connections between Fortune 500 employers, talent, skill-development organizations and community partners supporting the entire talent journey, resulting in 100,000+ hires and promotions, 65+ coalition members and a reach of 3,000+ cities in the U.S. to date. With 30+ years of experience in human capital management at ADP, Debbie has driven large-scale strategies yielding exceptional outcomes for ADP’s global enterprise clients. She serves on the board of Envoy Global, various non-profit boards, and invests in empowering women worldwide and supporting youth education. Dyson is a recognized authority on leadership and building an equitable workforce. She has been featured in The New York Times, Fortune, Essence, Fast Company and Fair360 (formerly DiversityInc.). She has graced the cover of Black Enterprise magazine’s Women of Power edition, has earned consecutive recognitions as one of the 50 Most Powerful Women in Business and has been honored as one of the 300 Most Powerful Executives in Corporate America.
