Caryn Seidman Becker is the Chair, CEO and Co-founder of CLEAR, the secure identity platform transforming the way people live, work, and travel. After acquiring the company in 2010, her leadership has grown CLEAR into a global, customer-obsessed brand serving 56 airports, over 20 million members and hundreds of partners across the travel, health and sports industries. As CEO, Seidman Becker's vision is to create a world that's friction-free for everyone everywhere simply by being themselves. Before CLEAR, Seidman Becker started Arience Capital, a +$1 billion value-oriented asset management firm investing in a broad spectrum of industries. Today, Seidman Becker is a Board Member of The Home Depot, the Partnership for New York City, New York-Presbyterian Hospital, the 9/11 Memorial & Museum and The Teak Fellowship. Born and raised in Maryland, Seidman Becker is a graduate of The University of Michigan. She lives in New York City with her three children and two dogs.
