How to Achieve Real Social Impact: Systems Change in Action

Over the last decade, leaders in the public policy, social impact, and philanthropic spheres increasingly have begun to embrace the notion of systems change, seeing it as a promising way to break through entrenched power differentials and affect transformative—versus palliative—change. This salon will highlight several key partners of the Milken Institute's Center for Strategic Philanthropy—including Co-Impact, Lumos, and Disability Rights International—all of which are putting systems change at the center of their efforts and beginning to see real results.
