She has over 20 years of experience in investments and finance. Kinga is founder of Lumi Partners, Experior VC and European Women in VC platform. She sits on the board of private and public companies. She is Investment Committee member at 3 VC funds. Previously, Kinga was Board and IC member of the European Innovation Council (Fund) with a budget of €10bn as well as a management board member of Polish VC Association.
