Member of the Aviation Development and Three-runway System Advisory Committee and the Hong Kong Logistics Development Council. Former Executive Director of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council. In 2007, Mr Lam was named “Director of the Year” by the Hong Kong Institute of Directors in the category of statutory and non-profit-distributing organisations. In 2011, he was given the Peace through Commerce Medal from the United States Government in recognition of his leadership role in boosting US exports to, and through, Hong Kong. In 2019, he was elected a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport and received the Executive Award in the DHL/SCMP Hong Kong Business Awards.
