Cynthia Cardona

Cynthia Cardona serves as both president of the Eli Lilly and Company Foundation, Inc., a tax-exempt organization, and head of Social Impact for Eli Lilly and Company, a medicine company turning science into healing to make life better for people around the world. Lilly's Social Impact team's vision is a world where every individual has an equitable opportunity to live the healthiest life possible, and Cynthia and her team work toward this vision by championing innovative solutions in the areas of global health, social determinants of health, and employee giving and volunteering to enhance health equity so that individuals and communities can thrive.
