Named one of the “Most Innovative People in Higher Education” by Washington Monthly magazine, Dr. Bridget Burns is the founding CEO of the award winning University Innovation Alliance (UIA), a coalition of large public research universities innovating together to achieve unprecedented results: producing 143,000 additional graduates over the past decade, including 89% more graduates of color and 41% more low-income graduates. Dr. Burns is an international keynote speaker, and her work has been highlighted in national outlets like The New York Times, Fast Company, 60 Minutes, and she was featured in the documentary “Unlikely”.
