And he’s just getting started: Alex has a vision for putting Metropolis’s tech to work to transform every aspect of living, working, and playing in cities. Alex co-founded Metropolis in 2017 and quickly scaled the company through the acquisition of Premier Parking, partnerships with Uber and leading real estate companies, including BedRock Detroit, and by raising $1.7 billion in Series C funding. He brought this same vision and leadership to a company he co-founded in 2009, ParkMe. As ParkMe’s COO, Alex built the company into the world’s most comprehensive dynamic, real-time parking database, and assembled a financial exit to global traffic intelligence behemoth INRIX.
