Albert Read is a writer and media executive. He is the former Managing Director of Conde Nast Britain and the author of The Imagination Muscle, published in the UK and the US (July 2024). It was a Bloomberg Book of the Year 2023 and hailed by The Economist as ‘a beautifully written meditation … a moving hymn to creativity’ and by The Spectator as ‘super sharp...brimming with big ideas. An extraordinary book.’ He studied Classics at New College and has an MBA from INSEAD.
