Wendy Johnson is Vice President of Nutrition, Health & Wellness with Nestlé Corporate Affairs. In this role Wendy is responsible for developing and implementing a Nestlé in the US Nutrition, Health and Wellness Strategy. She is also tasked with medical advocacy for Nestlé Health Science and Crisis/Issues strategy with Gerber. Wendy is a member of the Institute of Medicine’s Food Forum and a member of the International Food Information Council Board of Directors. She is an active member of the American Public Health Association where she is a Past Chair of the Food and Nutrition Section, was a member of the Inter-Sectional Council Steering Committee and past chair of the Membership Committee. Prior to joining Nestle, Wendy was employed by the National Institutes of Health, Division of Nutrition Research Coordination as a public health nutrition and health policy adviser.
