Liddy Manson serves as the Director of the AgingWell Hub at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business. The AgingWell Hub is a cross-sector research collaborative that works with sectors of the aging industry -- corporations, start-ups, non-profits, advocacy groups, and delivery systems -- to develop research, partnerships, common frameworks, and actionable insights to help accelerate innovation in the products and services designed to support the growing population of older Americans. Liddy has spent over 25 years leading premier technology, health-tech, media and information organizations. Most recently she was co-founder and President of BeClose, a pioneer of smart home technology designed to support people who are aging in place. Prior to BeClose, she served as CEO of DigitalSports, and as Chief Operating Officer of FreeWebs Inc. (now Webs.com). Previously, she spent nine years as Vice President and General Manager at Washingtonpost.Newsweek Interactive, the online subsidiary of The Washington Post Company. Liddy holds an MBA from Stanford University and a BA in Music from Yale University.
