Sarah Brundage is the State and Local Policy Director for Enterprise Community Partners, Northern California. Sarah develops and executes Enterprise’s California policy agenda, coordinating state, regional, and local policy to create opportunity for low-income people through affordable housing in diverse, thriving communities. Prior to joining Enterprise, Sarah conducted policy analysis and research on affordable housing, segregation, community development, and finance topics for the Haas Institute for a Fair and Inclusive Society, author Richard Rothstein, the Terner Center for Innovative Housing, and the California Housing Partnership Corporation. Originally from the Washington, DC area, Sarah previously worked for the National Low Income Housing Coalition and the U.S. Senate Committee on Finance. Sarah holds a master’s in public policy from the University of California, Berkeley and a BA in political science from the University of Florida.
