Chief Information Officer, S&P Global
As chief information officer at S&P Global, Krishna Nathan is spearheading the creation and implementation of a firm-wide technology and data roadmap to accelerate growth and performance. Central to this is enhancing the company's digital footprint and finding innovative ways to use data to expand its products, services and delivery platforms and create new value for customers. Dr. Nathan joined the company from IBM, where he held a wide variety of leadership positions, both corporate and business-aligned, spanning the U.S. and Europe. Most recently he was vice president of Systems, responsible for the development and execution of the research strategy and activity in a variety of areas, such as next generation data centers, cognitive systems design, security and a range of future Systems technologies. Dr. Nathan holds a Ph.D. in engineering from Brown University and a master's degree in electrical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
