LOS ANGELES — At this extraordinary moment in financial and economic history, hundreds of CEOs, elected leaders, Nobel Prize winners, scientists, educators, philanthropists and global decision-makers are bringing their expertise and ideas to the 12th Milken Institute Global Conference to offer solutions to the urgent challenges facing the world — from the economy and health care to energy and education.
Some 3,000 attendees from around the world gather for this event, to be held April 27 -29 at The Beverly Hilton, as an opportunity to envision a new future for the connected global economy. The conference, which includes more than 120 panels featuring about 400 speakers, regularly sells out (registration closes April 10).
Attendees include leading investors, financial executives, business leaders, policymakers and innovators together in one location. They come to hear what the world′s business and financial leaders are saying about where we are headed and how we can turn things around. They seek new ways to bring together the seemingly disparate interests of industries, health/medical researchers, regulators, educators, financiers, energy/climate specialists and business.
