They are provided access to the annual Global Conference and regional Summits in California, London and Asia, where they have an opportunity to interact with global leaders from more than 60 countries.

The application process includes an online application and an interview. Applicants must be between 25 and 40 years old, live in Los Angeles, New York, London or Singapore, and have a referral from a current Milken Institute member.
