Monika Fahlbusch is senior vice president of global employee success at salesforce.com. She drives all employee-related strategies and programs - including leadership and career development, compensation and benefits, and employee communications - for a rapidly growing global workforce. When she joined salesforce.com in 2010, Fahlbusch brought with her a wealth of human resources experience. Over the previous decade, she headed the HR teams at companies as diverse as Old Navy and Peoplesoft. Throughout the '90s, she served as the director of HR for several other prominent companies: ProBusiness, Vanier Graphics and ABM Industries. Fahlbusch holds a B.S. in business administration and economics from St. Mary’s College of California, where she sits on the Advisory Board of the School of Business and Economics.
