Doron Gal is CEO and co-founder of the Kaiima Group. Prior to being named CEO of Kaiima in 2007, Gal served as its vice president of business development. Earlier, he was senior energy consultant at Epsilon Investment House. Previously Gal was a lecturer on energy and geo-strategy at the Lauder School of Government at the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya in Israel, a senior research fellow (energy) for the Institute for Policy and Strategy, and a consultant to government agencies and investment groups. Doron obtained his Ph.D. in geophysics from Stanford University.
