Rhonda Zygocki
Executive Vice President, Policy and Planning, Chevron
Rhonda Zygocki is executive vice president for policy and planning at Chevron Corp., a position she has held since 2011. Her responsibilities include strategy and planning, policy, government and public affairs, and health, environment and safety. Previously, Zygocki served as vice president of policy, government and public affairs and vice president of health, environment and safety. Zygocki played a key role in design and implementation of the company's operational excellence management system. She joined Chevron Canada Resources as a petroleum engineer in 1980. Over the course of her career, Zygocki assumed positions of increasing responsibility, including managing director of Chevron Australia, advisor to the chairman of the board, manager of strategic planning, chief financial officer of Chevron Canada Resources, profit center manager for Chevron U.S.A. and general manager of strategic business services for Chevron Canada. Zygocki earned a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Memorial University of Newfoundland.
