Founder and CEO, Invictus Africa Group
Kodwo (Kojo) Mills is the founder and CEO of Invictus Africa Group, a company that partners with financial and strategic investors seeking opportunities in sub-Saharan Africa. He has more than 15 years of investment banking experience. Mills is a co-founder of Shanduka Group, a South African company that has a multi-industry portfolio of more than 30 investments valued in excess of $1 billion. He was also the managing director of Shanduka's R300 million private equity fund, Shanduka Value Partners Fund I. His work experience includes positions at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (now Credit Suisse First Boston) and Salomon Brothers. He is a director of numerous companies, including Invictus Africa Group, Shanduka Group and Stanbic Bank Ghana, the Ghanaian subsidiary of the Standard Bank Group of South Africa. Mills has an economics degree from Georgetown University and an M.B.A. from Harvard.
