Tom Price is the senior vice president of corporate development for Chesapeake Energy Corp., having been with the company since 1992 and a consultant to Chesapeake for the prior three years. He is also a director of the Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association, the Texas Oil and Gas Association, the New Mexico Oil and Gas Association, and the American Clean Skies Foundation. Price holds a B.A. in business administration and an M.B.A. from the University of Oklahoma, and a master's degree in international management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
