J. Spencer Williams is CEO of Persumma Financial. Before founding Persumma, Williams was senior vice president, chief financial officer and a member of the MassMutual Financial Services Group executive management team where he managed the retirement services, annuities, trust and institutional life insurance lines of business. He also served as CFO for the MassMutual Institutional and MML Series mutual fund families.
