Claudia Sangster is director of Philanthropy, Estate and Trust Services at Harris myCFO Inc., a service within the Harris Private Bank. She has more than 25 years' experience delivering family office solutions in estate, philanthropy and trust planning, and counseling clients on sophisticated tax saving and wealth preservation strategies. She designs and facilitates family meetings with the goal of preparing heirs for responsible stewardship of their family's wealth. Sangster also serves as executive director and president of the Harris myCFO Foundation, which granted its assets to the National Philanthropic Trust in 2010 to create the Harris Charitable Fund Program and provide a donor-advised fund option for clients seeking a tax-efficient vehicle for philanthropic giving. She is a member of the board of the Associated Women for Pepperdine University, a board member of the Prostate Cancer Research Institute, a member of the Preston Robert Tisch Brain Tumor Center at Duke University and trustee of the Nicholas Endowment, among others.
