Olivier Weber
President, South America Foods, PepsiCo Inc.
Olivier Weber is President of PepsiCo's South America Foods division, which includes Argentina, Brazil, Venezuela and other key markets. He has held this position since 2007. Weber was previously general manager of SOLA (Brazil & Southern Cone) Foods and Beverages, and general manager of PepsiCo Brazil and Venezuela, and of Frito-Lay, a PepsiCo brand, in the Dominican Republic. He joined PepsiCo in 1994 as a director of marketing for the Gamesa division in Mexico. Weber is the recipient of a 2001 Donald M. Kendall Award, which recognizes and honors PepsiCo International's top-performing teams. Before joining PepsiCo, he held several positions for Nestlé in Switzerland, as well as in Chile. A Swiss national, Weber is fluent in five languages and holds a B.S. from Fribourg University.
