Paul Deninger is Vice Chairman of Jefferies & Company Inc. Previously he was chairman and CEO of Broadview, the specialist technology investment banking firm, where he remained until its acquisition by Jefferies in 2003. With more than 20 years of experience advising companies in the technology market and more recently the clean-tech market, Deninger has advised on more than 125 mergers and acquisitions and numerous IPOs. He is co-chairman of TechNet New England, and he sits on the investment committees of TechNet and London-based Kennet Partners. He serves on the boards of the Boston Symphony Orchestra, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Massachusetts Bay and Boston's MATCH Charter Public High School. A frequent speaker, panelist and moderator at various conferences, Deninger's commentary appears in such publications as the Financial Times, The Wall Street Journal and Forbes. He received a bachelor's degree from Boston College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
