Martha Béjar is President of Global Sales and Operations for Wipro Technologies, a leading provider of integrated business, technology and process solutions. She has responsibility for leveraging the company′s strengths in innovation, technology, process insight and global presence to further business opportunities. Béjar joined Wipro from Microsoft Corp., where she was corporate vice president for the communications sector, responsible for sales and marketing strategy for Microsoft′s solutions and services aimed at telecommunications, hosting, media and entertainment companies. Before Microsoft, she served as Nortel′s president of the Caribbean and Latin America region, and handled the North American sales organization for telecommunication clients in the United States and Canada. She also held technical and commercial positions at BellSouth Corp. and Bell Communications Research. Béjar holds a B.S. from the University of Miami and an M.B.A. from Nova Southeastern University. She also is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard University Business School.
