Frank Luntz is President of The Word Doctors.com and Chairman Emeritus of Luntz, Maslansky Strategic Research. Named one of the four "Top Research Minds" by BusinessWeek, he has conducted more than 2,000 surveys and focus groups for corporate and public affairs clients in more than two dozen countries over the past decade. Luntz has provided communication and language guidance for numerous Fortune 100 companies. He has been a guest on virtually every talk show on American television; during the 2008 presidential campaign, he was the "focus group czar" for Fox News. He has written op-ed pieces for The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times and The Washington Post, plus the 2006 book Words That Work: It's Not What You Say, It's What People Hear. Luntz received a bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a Ph.D. from the University of Oxford.
