Hope Boonshaft
Executive Vice President and General Manager, Hill & Knowlton
Hope Boonshaft is Executive Vice President and General Manager of Hill & Knowlton in southern California. She has more than 20 years of experience in branding, communications, crisis management and public affairs in the entertainment and media industries as well as the public policy sector. Prior to joining Hill & Knowlton, she spent 10 years as vice president of external affairs at Sony Pictures Entertainment. She has also served as CEO and founder of Boonshaft-Lewis & Savitch Public Affairs/Public Relations, and as executive vice president and general manager of Edelman Public Relations. Early in her career, she served in the White House as director of community relations in the Carter administration. She is actively involved in several nonprofit groups, including Children of the Night, Habitat for Humanity, the Carter Center, the Make a Wish Foundation and City of Hope. Boonshaft received a bachelor's degree from Pennsylvania State University.
