Vadim Asadov is CEO and Founder of NeurOK LLC, a Russian-American angel incubator for Russian technology financing and commercialization, with five offices in the United States and Moscow. NeurOK has enabled multiple companies to work on projects such as complex data-processing software, 3-D monitors, high-tech condoms and drug development for hepatitis C. Asadov is also the founder of Logos, an advanced physics and mathematics school, and the Irrational Idea Institute, the first Russian private Theoretical Physics and Mathematics Institute. From 1995 to 1998, he served as CFO of Transneft Ltd., managing pipeline financing and purchasing. He was previously a broker and later CEO of C.A.& Co. Ltd., one of the first asset-management companies in Russia. Asadov was educated at Moscow State University, where he studied economics and theoretical physics.
