Guy Ben-Ishai

Guy Ben-Ishai is a Managing Economist in the Global Competition Practice of LECG, an expert services firm that conducts economic and financial analysis to provide advice that can resolve complex disputes and inform legislative, judicial, regulatory and business decisions. He is also a Visiting Fellow at the Milken Institute. Ben-Ishai's expertise includes industrial organization, antitrust, regulation and the economics of intellectual property. He has provided expert witness testimony and consulting services on litigation matters involving exclusive dealing, refusals to deal, price fixing, predatory pricing, mergers and intellectual property. He has served as the director for economic research at the Israeli Antitrust Authority. Ben-Ishai received a Ph.D. in economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
