Neri Bukspan
Managing Director and Chief Global Accountant, Standard & Poor's
Neri Bukspan is a Managing Director with Standard & Poor's Credit Market Services. He is also Standard & Poor's Global Chief Accountant, responsible for providing direction on how financial statement information is incorporated into the firm's financial analysis and ratings considerations. He chairs Standard & Poor's accounting task force, directs the financial reporting specialists and accounting coordinators, and is a member of the company's Analytical Policy Board. Bukspan is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the American Accounting Association, the New York State Society of CPAs and the California Society of CPAs. He chairs the FASB's Investors Technical Advisory Committee and serves on its User Advisory Council, and on the Accounting Standards Executive Committee of the AICPA. Bukspan received a bachelor's degree in accounting and economics from Tel-Aviv University, an M.B.A. from the Anderson School of Business at the University of California, Los Angeles, and a master's degree in taxation from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. He is a Next Generation Fellow for the American Assembly.
