Richard Cashin
Managing Partner, One Equity Partners
Richard Cashin is the Managing Partner of One Equity Partners (OEP), which manages $6 billion of investments and commitments for JPMorgan in direct private equity transactions. Prior to joining OEP, Cashin was president of Citigroup Venture Capital. As the son of a foreign-service officer, he grew up in Libya, Ethiopia, Ghana, Indonesia and Pakistan. In 1974 he was the world champion in rowing, and was part of the 1976 and 1980 U.S. Olympic rowing teams. Cashin serves on the board of Titan International Inc. He is a trustee of Boys Club of New York, The American University in Cairo, the Central Park Conservancy, Jazz at Lincoln Center and the Brooklyn Museum. He is active in inner-city educational initiatives and chairs the National Rowing Foundation. He received a bachelor's degree and an M.B.A. from Harvard University.
