Betsy Zeidman
Research Fellow and Director of the Center for Emerging Domestic Markets, Milken Institute
Betsy Zeidman is Director of the Center for Emerging Domestic Markets and a Research Fellow at the Milken Institute. Her research focuses on financial innovations transfer and expanded capital access to emerging domestic markets, traditionally undervalued and undercapitalized entrepreneurs, enterprises and communities. Zeidman oversees the Center's resource network, research and publications, roundtables and conferences, advisory services and Financial Innovations Labs. She also works with the Institute on issues of strategic philanthropy, environmental finance and corporate governance. She is a frequent speaker at research and industry conferences, and authors reports for the Institute, as well as op-eds for major publications. Prior to joining the Institute, Zeidman provided strategic management and marketing advisory services to clients in the public, private and nonprofit sectors, with a specialty in corporate responsibility and financial performance. She received an M.B.A. from the Yale School of Management.
