Giedrius Pukas
Executive Director, Chief Investment Officer, Troika Capital Partners
Giedrius Pukas is Executive Director and Chief Investment Officer of Troika Capital Partners. Previously, Pukas served as investment director with Alfa Capital Partners, a private equity arm of Alfa Group, and at Swiss-based Finartis Capital in Moscow. During this period, he successfully oversaw numerous transactions for a variety of companies, primarily in the consumer and natural resources services sectors. From 1999 to 2000, Pukas was managing partner of investment boutique MAS Consult, where he played a key role in managing direct investments in the Baltic States and Scandinavia, and took part in numerous M&A projects in Russia, Ukraine, Uzbekistan and Armenia. He was also a member of the advisory council created to counsel the president of Lithuania on restructuring and privatizing energy and telecommunications companies. Pukas received an MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics.
