Eve Herold
Director of Public Policy Research and Education, Genetics Policy Institute
Eve Herold is Director of Public Policy Research and Education for the Genetics Policy Institute. She spent five years as director of public education for the Stem Cell Research Foundation and is the author of Stem Cell Wars: Inside Stories from the Frontlines. She is a member of the International Society of Stem Cell Research and The Hastings Center, a nonprofit association of journalists and researchers exploring ethical issues in medicine, health care, technology and the environment. Herold has been quoted in newspapers and magazines throughout the United States, including the The Boston Globe, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post and Prevention. She has appeared on television news and talk shows throughout the country, addressing the scientific, political and ethical issues related to stem cell research, including the issue of therapeutic cloning. Radio and TV interviews include MSNBC's "Lester Holt Live," NPR's "All Things Considered," PRI and Radio Croatia. She has been quoted by CNN News, Fox News and ABC News.
