Jon Lukomnik is Managing Partner of Sinclair Capital LLC. Lukomnik's independent fiduciary work and corporate governance consulting have included service on the WorldCom, Adelphia and Dana official creditors committees and several board memberships. He also created corporate governance tools for the International Finance Corporation of the World Bank, co-founded the International Corporate Governance Network and chaired the Executive Committee of the Council of Institutional Investors. Lukomnik serves as a director of Sears Canada and the Van Eck family of mutual funds.
