E. Patrick Jenevein III is President of Tang Energy Group Ltd ("Tang"), which he co-founded. Tang builds, owns and operates energy delivery systems in China and pursues power-generating opportunities throughout the world as it continues to build a series of businesses in China dedicated to improving environmental quality. Jenevein founded Tang's general partner, the Nolan Group Inc. ("Nolan") in 1986 to enter the natural gas business. NG Processing Company Inc. ("NG") grew out of Nolan′s gas-gathering and processing operations, and sponsored projects in Uzbekistan, Indonesia, China and South America. NG formed Tang Energy Group in 1996 to build, own and operate energy delivery systems in China. Tang Energy Group formed two affiliates, Tang Wind Energy and Tang Group. Tang Wind owns wind blade manufacturing interests in China, including an interest in (Zhong Hang (Baoding) Huiteng Windpower Equipment Co. Tang affiliates actively pursue power-generating opportunities with Chinese companies in Asia, the Caribbean and North America. Jenevein is past chairman of the board for Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Dallas and has served as a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
