Philip Cyburt

Philip Cyburt is Co-Founder of the investment firm Cyburt Hall Partners LLC. Cyburt has 20 years of real estate investment management experience with such companies as Boeing, McDonnell Douglas, Tishman Realty and Lee & Associates. While at Boeing, he served as president of Boeing Realty Corp., which boasts a portfolio of 125 million square feet valued at $9 billion in 26 states and 63 countries. He joined Boeing Realty Corp. in 1990 and presided over all worldwide real estate operations, including acquisition, disposition, leasing and development. He was also the CEO of the real estate unit of aerospace giant GenCorp, developing a 13,000-acre planned community in Sacramento, Calif. Cyburt is an active member of numerous community and commercial real estate professional organizations, including CORENET, Pension Real Estate Association, the National Association of Industrial/Office Properties and the Urban Land Institute. He earned a bachelor's degree in finance and accounting at Chapman University and a master's of corporate real estate at NACORE International Institute for Corporate Real Estate.
