David Weinberger is the Author of Small Pieces Loosely Joined and The Cluetrain Manifesto, as well as a Fellow at Harvard University's Berkman Institute for Internet and Society, where he explores cyberspace and pioneers its development. His corporate experience includes eight years with Interleaf, where he launched the first document management system and its first electronic document publishing system; and as vice president of strategic marketing at Open Text, where he helped move one of the first web search engine companies (the engine behind Yahoo!) to market.
