Federico Sada González

Frederico Sada González is President and CEO of Vitro, S.A. de C.V., one of Mexico's largest publicly held companies. Additionally, he is president of the Mexico-France Bilateral Committee of the Mexican Council for Foreign Trade; chairman of the Fundación Pro Museo Nacional de Historia (Castillo de Chapultepec), A.C.; and chairman of the trustees of Parque Ecológico Chipinque. The former chairman of the Mexican Council for Foreign Trade, Sada is also a member of the International Business Council of the World Economic Forum and of the World Business Council for Sustainable Development, based in Geneva, Switzerland. He is a member of several boards, including Vitro S.A., Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, Bombardier Inc., Regio Empresas, ALPED, and the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. Sada earned a bachelor's degree in business administration at the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey; an MBA at IMEDE, now IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland; and attended Harvard's Advanced Management Program.
