Todd Dal Porto is a Senior Vice President and the West Division Retail Sales Executive for Bank of America Home Loans. Previously he was president of the wholesale lending division at Countrywide Home Loans, a division that was recognized as the No.1 residential wholesaler in the nation by National Mortgage News. Before joining Countrywide, he operated Dal Porto Capital, a boutique real estate finance company in Pleasanton, California, and was executive vice president and chief operating officer of mortgage lending for First Franklin Financial in San Jose, California. Dal Porto is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association and the National Association of Mortgage Brokers, where he served six years as an ex-officio member of the board and was recognized as NAMB′s Affiliate of the Year in 1999. Licensed as a California real estate mortgage broker, Dal Porto has a bachelor′s degree from Santa Clara University.
