Emile Haddad
President and CEO, Five Point Communities Management
Emile Haddad is President and CEO of Five Point Communities Management, which manages such master-planned communities as Newhall/Valencia in Los Angeles County, the Great Park Neighborhoods at the former El Toro Marine Base in Irvine and Hunters Point/Candlestick Park and Treasure Island in San Francisco. With more than 27 years of development experience in the United States and overseas, Haddad has also worked as chief investment officer of Lennar Corp. and was a founding member of Lennar in California. In addition, he was a senior executive with Bramalea, part of a Canadian real estate conglomerate in the 1980s and early '90s. A civil engineer, Haddad is on the foundation board of Children's Hospital of Orange County and the foundation board at the University of California, Irvine.
