Lewis Feldman
Partner/Los Angeles Chair, Goodwin Procter LLP
Lewis Feldman is Partner/Los Angeles Chair at Goodwin Procter, serving on the Executive Committee. Feldman, who heads the law firm′s public/private development practice, specializes in structuring and implementing large-scale financings between real estate industry participants and the public sector. His experience includes debt and equity financing for such projects as apartments, planned communities, industrial facilities, malls, hospitals, brownfield remediation efforts and public infrastructure. Feldman lectures frequently on matters of real estate and project infrastructure capital. He has been recognized as one of California's "Super Lawyers" by Los Angeles magazine and as one of Los Angeles County's Top 100 Attorneys by American Lawyer Media. He has numerous publications to his credit in the fields of law, real estate and public finance and was executive director of the Law Review at the University of California, Davis, where he earned his law degree.
